I am a Public & Patient Involvement professional advising on academic research studies from the perspective of lived experience in alcohol addiction, and support others to do the same. I can advise on all matters from ensuring language in written documents does not inadvertently perpetuate stigma, to creating and facilitating your advisory groups to ensure safe space. In addition I offer a wide range of corporate services. Would your team benefit from open conversation and Q & A with someone who has lived experience of addiction and recovery? I am available for team meetings, lunchtime learnings and wider corporate speaking. I can also advise on staff wellbeing support and pathways to recovery.

Yoga Nidra is a non-movement practice, usually enjoyed lying down and cosy under blankets. Often referred to as a deep rest meditation, it trains the mind to be able to let go of thought, and is often used to support sleep. However, there are many deeper benefits of Yoga Nidra and it is an excellent tool to support your recovery journey. Sessions can include a range of elements such as body scan and visualisation. The technique is known to have many benefits for mental and physical wellbeing.
